Bill Seely

Bill is a graduate of George Mason University, where he was a former cheerleader and captain of the 1990 National Champion team. Seely is Senior Vice President of the Training and Education Division for Varsity Brands and has co-authored a book entitled, “Coaching Youth Cheerleading.” Bill helped launch the USASF and USA Cheer, the National Governing Body for Cheer where he serves as its voluntary Executive Director. Bill established the first official Team USA that takes the countries best athletes to represent the United States in international competition.  Over the last three years Team USA has won 19 Gold Medals. He is leading the efforts to develop cheer’s newest sport, STUNT, which is in the process of applying for NCAA emerging sport status. He is also the Founder of Crosscheck Athletics, a youth sports ministry committed to developing the total athlete and target at risk youth.
